Dr. Chan is a computational logician who graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He received his PhD degree from the Department of Computer Science at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia, and later taught and supervised PhD students at the University of New South Wales, Sydney. Dr Chan was included in Marquis Who's Who in Science and Engineering (2008). He founded the Institute of Systems Management (ISM) in 2010 and the Sustainable Development Institute for the United Nations in 2021.

Eric is a Senior Finance Executive with over 25 years of regional experience across Hong Kong, mainland China, and Australia. Proven expertise in full-spectrum financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow optimization, compliance, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Group CFO at XBE, overseeing financial operations, reporting, and team leadership. Previously held senior roles as Group Financial Controller, Finance Manager, and Business Advisor across diverse industries. Holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Western Sydney and is a certified CPA Australia and CFPHK member. Trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Recognized for strong analytical skills, process improvement, and driving operational efficiency.

Dr. Leung began his 40-year investment banking career in 1982 at Amsterdam-Rotterdam Bank, later holding senior positions in global bond trading and asset management across several international firms. In 1994, he became Senior Director and Head of Investment Asset Management (Asia) at American Express Bank, overseeing global investment strategies and Asian portfolio operations. In 2009, he was appointed CEO and Chairman of Anxian Yuan China Holdings (00922.HK), expanding the business into the cemetery industry. Since 2009, he has served as Director, CEO, and Board Chairman of Network CN Inc. (OTCBB: NWCN), managing outdoor advertising and project coordination. Recently, he was appointed General Partner and Director of XBE Asset Management Limited and Heritage Hub Limited Partnership Fund to lead fund establishment.

Dr. Wong serves as a Director of XBE Asset Management Limited and General Partner for Heritage Hub LPF and Sinowave Cultural Asset LPF on behalf of XBE Group. Bringing over 25 years of experience in financial asset management and 15 years in IT, he is an SFC-licensed Responsible Officer (Types 1, 4, and 9) specializing in private and public fund operations. Holding an MBA and PhD, Dr. Wong consults on Web3, AI, and Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization—pioneering the Cultural Heritage LPF Framework to bridge regulatory compliance, fintech innovation, and high-value asset allocation.

Parkson holds a Computer Engineering degree from Boston University and spent 8 years in US-based software R&D at IBM and Cisco Systems. Returning to Hong Kong, he served as CTO operating a Guangzhou IT outsourcing business. As Managing Director of JobsDB Group from 2005, he led global product and business development for JobsDB, OpenRice, and 88DB. Following JobsDB’s acquisition by SEEK, he became Managing Director of Ecrent (later SEII), taking the company public on Nasdaq in 2018. Since 2019, he has advised Asian SMEs on US capital market entries (Nasdaq and OTC) and ongoing US regulatory compliance.

Edward is a seasoned COO and general management leader based in Hong Kong with over 20 years of experience scaling ventures across medical devices, advertising, and capital markets. Known for driving growth from concept to profitable operations, he has raised over HK$10M, managed US OTC-listed entities, and launched an FDA-cleared MedTech clinic. His expertise spans full-cycle P&L ownership, corporate strategy, real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, and leading cross-functional teams. Edward holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Durham University Business School.

Windy is a finance and administration leader currently serving as the HR & Admin Officer at XBE, bringing a 40-year track record across corporate, media, and non-profit sectors. Qualified as an International Affiliate of the HKICPA, a CMA (Aust.), and an IPA (Aust.), her career includes 16 years at The Economist Group and 15 years with Friends of the Earth. Windy specializes in full-set accounting, HR support, and financial optimization. She thrives in dynamic environments, driving strategic changes that lower costs, enhance quality, and maximize workplace productivity.

Dr. Chan is a CTO at XBE. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. His career spans IT management, enterprise consultancy, and advanced manufacturing research at HKPolyU’s State Key Laboratory of Ultra-precision Machining Technology. At Marvel Digital and later XBE, Dr. Chan led R&D in glasses-free 3D displays, 3D videos and image processing. An author of over 10 academic publications with several invention patents, he has led multiple government-funded research projects. He currently focuses on developing software for automatic 2D-to-3D video conversion.

Dr. Ma formulates and executes the group’s AI strategic plans while leading innovative R&D and industry projects. With 20 years of technology development and management experience, he has published nearly 30 high-impact SCI-indexed papers and holds multiple registered patents. He earned a PhD in Computer Science from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has served as Executive Director, CEO, Assistant Professor, Computational Biologist, Chief Scientist, and Consultant. Additionally, he is an HKCAAVQ IT Specialist, an HKCS Committee Member, an IEEE, ACM, and BCS member, a BCS Chartered IT Professional (CITP), and an editorial committee member for multiple international scientific journals.
